A label inspection able to learn: teach-in in less than one minute!

The HEUFT FinalView II LBL makes label inspection simply easy and more adaptive than ever! New brands and designs can now be easily taught-in in a very short time. This is not only good for production quality but also increases the availability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of entire filling plants at the same time.

Individualisation is trendy. This applies in particular to beverage packaging and its design. And what is more individual than your own image on the bottle label? You will soon be able to create this yourself at our stand at BrauBeviale 2024. And see how quickly and easily a new individual design can be taught-in so that your personalised bottle is recognised as good and not rejected as non-brand during the label inspection.

The HEUFT FinalView II LBL. can do this in less than 60 seconds with the intelligent HEUFT reflexx A.I. image processing! The teach-in assistant of the audiovisual HEUFT NaVi user guidance system makes the learning process child's play. This means that practically anyone can program the new design variant into the system without outside help. It immediately and permanently memorises the modified label with all its characteristic features and design elements. This applies to your own photo as well as to short-term promotional labelling, among many other things.

Less downtime, more line availability

As our video shows, if the container shape is unchanged, a bottle with the appropriate labelling only has to pass through the HEUFT FinalView II LBL once for the HEUFT reflexx A.I. to permanently memorise the modified variety. From now on the modified label will no longer be evaluated as faulty. Hours of downtime for commissioning new types and variants are no longer an issue. The availability and productivity of entire bottling plants increases significantly. And with it their OEE.

And the intelligent in-line inspection actually identifies foreign varieties as well as, for example, crooked, wrinkled or torn ones. Four HEUFT reflexx A.I. high-performance cameras on two levels generate an undistorted 360° panoramic view of each individual bottle on which even the smallest faults are detected and marked in real time.

You can see for yourself just how quickly and easily the individual teach-in works at the HEUFT stand 8-104 at the BrauBeviale in Nuremberg from 26 to 28 November 2024 – individually on the basis of a personalised bottle with your own image on the label!
